Customer Care - Registration code re-sending

Existing customers who have lost or require a new registration code/download URL to install updates for our software can fill out the form below.

If you have not yet purchased our software, you can do so through our online store.

If you want to update/upgrade from a previous version of our software, you can check what update/upgrade you qualify for on our software update and upgrade information page.

All requests are processed manually. We will usually process your request in less than 24 hours during business days.
