Apply to join our partner program

Apply to join Multimedia Australia's partner program by becoming a RegNow affiliate. Please note that your application to participate is subject to review and approval by RegNow.

Please note: If you already hold an existing RegNow affiliate account, you will not need to re-apply. Simply create a new Vendor relationship with us (v6681).

Before you visit the application form using the link below, you agree to the following:

• The affiliate program is operated by RegNow, a service of Digital River Inc.. Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd. has no direct control as to the operation or running of the affiliate program in question.
• You will establish a legal relationship with RegNow when you apply to become an affiliate. At no time do you establish a legal relationship with Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd. with respect to the affiliate program in its entirety.
• Applying to become an affiliate of Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd. in no way gives you rights to any intellectual property of our company. All rights and control of intellectual property including but not limited to images, product descriptions, the products themselves and all trademarks shall remain the property of Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd..
• Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable for your use or inability to use the affiliate program. You must also satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the program for your intents and purposes, including but not limited to any taxation obligations that may arise on your behalf.
• Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd. can in no way guarantee the success of the program on your website, nor can it guarantee that the promotional resources and material made available for you to use will be suitable for your intended purposes.
• You may not use any Multimedia Australia trademarks or intellectual property without prior written permission from us. You may not claim that we endorse your website. You may not claim that you have any partnership arrangement with our company.
• You may not mislead visitors to your website including but not limited to the ownership of the products, benefits and features of products, pricing and performance.
• You accept all liability as to the use or inability to use the affiliate program available. You agree to defend and hold harmless Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd., its staff, contractors, affiliates and all third parties otherwise related to us, and pay for any legal expenses incurred as a result of using the program. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the state of Queensland, Australia.
