Keeping your Multimedia Australia software up-to-date with the most recent version ensures you benefit from the latest technology.
You can easily check for and install new versions of our software by visiting the software updates and upgrades site.
New versions of our software are made available to existing customers in two ways: as free updates and as occasional paid upgrades.

What is an update?
Free updates add minor feature and function enhancements to an existing version of our software. At the same time, updates may also fix any "bugs" that may be discovered.
What is an upgrade?
Upgrades are new releases of existing software with substantial new features. Existing customers can purchase upgrades for Multimedia Australia software at a lower price than the full version.
On some occasions, customers who have purchased a software product within a certain period prior to a new upgrade for that product being released (usually within 6 months) may be offered a free upgrade to the latest version.
